Growing up on Fairy Lake in Huntsville, I was able to enjoy the water and the woods that make this area so special. With all that each of the seasons bring; the changing colour of the leaves in the fall, the quiet of the first snowfall and the spring peepers singing at night when the warm weather returns, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else but Muskoka. 

After working for many years in the natural health industry, I embarked on a new journey and enrolled in massage therapy school. I graduated with an honours diploma in massage therapy, began working full time while continuing to grow and learn new modalities to deepen my practice. I have incorporated the different modalities I learned, such as deep tissue techniques as well as Thai massage modalities, energy work (polarity therapy), yoga and manual lymphatic drainage into my practice. I have been providing therapeutic and relaxation massage to a diverse clientele full time for over fifteen years. I love what I do and I think it shows!
