Charis Joly - Co-Owner - Registered Massage Therapist

Charis has been practicing in Sherwood Park and Edmonton since graduating from Grant MacEwan Massage Therapy 2200 hour program in 2001.  She has spent the last 20 years specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Sports Injuries and treating overuse and chronic pain injuries.  Her modalities include:  Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Massage, Abdominal Massage, Overuse Injuries, Chronic Pain Treatment,  Deep Tissue Massage and Sports Massage.

 

Lenor Robertson -  Co-Owner - Registered Massage Therapist

Lenor has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding area since graduating from Edmonton College of Massage in 1995.  Over the past twenty nine years her passion has been working with the elderly, cancer patients and cancer remission patients.  She has focused on her continued education where she received her advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage in 2012 and has been very successful in assisting patients with lymphedema, edema, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis,  rheumatoid/ osteo arthritis, pre surgery preparation and post surgery recovery as well as providing pain relief for the terminally ill. Her modalities include;  Pre/Post Natal Massage, Abdominal Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, TMJD, Foot Reflexology and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Lenor does not practice any deep tissue therapy.

 

Erin Gray - Registered Massage Therapist

Erin has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding area since graduating from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 hour program in 2013.   She is passionate about Therapeutic and Deep Tissue Massage and is continually upgrading her education in all areas of Massage Therapy. Her modalities include: Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Massage, TMJD, Overuse Injuries and Chronic Pain Treatment. 

 

Kristen McGloin - Registered Massage Therapist

Kristen is an RMT who specializes in providing individualized massage therapy sessions based on clients needs. She graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy 2200 hour program with honors in 2012, and has been practicing in Sherwood Park. She is therapeutic orientated in her practice and focuses on the root cause of pain and discomfort. She offers Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic massage, Myofascial release with or without cupping, TMJD treatment, Swedish Relaxation Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pre/Post Natal Massage, Overuse injuries, Chronic pain treatment, Sports Massage, Passive/Assisted Stretching and Joint Play/Distraction.  Kristen is always continuing her education to grow her experience and knowledge in all areas of massage therapy. 

 

Teresa Strynadka - Registered Massage Therapist

Teresa is a 2015 graduate from MaKami's 3000 Hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program. She specializes in Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Massage.  With her experience, training and commitment, she works toward restoring mobility and pain free range of motion by using a variety of techniques . Her modalities include; Myofascial Release (with Cupping), Trigger Point therapy, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Muscle Energy Work, Joint Mobilization, Pre/Post Natal, Pre/Post Sports and Swedish Massage.

 

Kennedy Rudiak - Registered Massage Therapist

Kennedy is a  2018 graduate of Makami's 3000 hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program and has been practicing in Sherwood Park and surrounding areas.  Kennedy is passionate about helping her clients with their specific issues and needs and adapts her treatments to each individual.    Her Modalities include:  Deep Tissue Therapy, Relaxation Massage, Myofascial Cupping and Neuromuscular Techniques. 

 

Linda Fok -  Manual Osteopathic Therapist and Registered Massage Therapist

Linda has been practicing Massage Therapy for over ten years and is a 2200 hr Registered Massage Therapist. Also graduating with honours and distinction as a Manual Osteopathic Therapist from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada. She is also a Rapid Neurofasical Therapist. She is passionate about helping clients to get rid of both chronic and acute pain. She believes in treating the body as a whole while using her listening modality to find the root of the cause and not just the injured or restricted areas. She loves to help her clients with pain release to achieve less restriction for a better and happier day to day lifestyle.

Linda is currently training in spinal flow for spinal health and never ceases to keep learning techniques as she is very passionate to help people. Please view all other modalities below as she incorporates these modalities into her treatments.

Her modalities include: Manual Osteopath, Craniosacral Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Visceral Manipulation, Osteoarticulation, Myofascial Release, Rapid Neurofascial Reset, Neurovascular Release, Neuro Manipulation, Somatic Emotional Release, Therapeutic Massage, Cupping and Gua Sha.
