Our first appointment together...
Dear New Patient,
Thank you for your interest in osteopathy. Our first appointment together will be 60 minute in duration which will include filling in your Medical History form available on the website. To maximize our time together I encourage you to complete the medical history form a few days before our initial appointment, however, if you are unable to do so, this can be done at the clinic.
Depending on what your objectives are, initial evaluations can be done in a relatively short period of time. For more chronic and serious problems, an initial assessment may take longer and be done parallel to your treatment. Doing a proper assessment is critical to establishing a plan of care that will not only address your symptoms but most importantly, help define the root cause.
Please wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing to the appointment and be prepared that you will most likely receive hands on treatment within your first visit.
