Dear Clients/Patients of Personacare,

It has come with great sadness that as of November 18, 2019, Personacare Health and

Wellness Clinic has been forced to shut down its operation.

As many of you were aware Personacare was in the process of being purchased by a

prospective buyer, a deal that was to be finalized last week. Unfortunately the deal did

not materialize and Personacare continuing to operate beyond this point was not

possible. We have been also plagued by securing additional therapists to provide

support to your care and feel it is best to move forward with the closure since this

issue has been going on for several months prior to the failed acquistion.

We want to thank you for your patronage to our clinic. We apologize for any

inconvenience.

Again we want to apologize for this sudden closure. We had the best of intentions

for Personacare and we were hoping with new ownership that the clinic would have

achieved further success in the world of health care. Unfortunately this was not

meant to be.
