24-Hour Cancellation Policy. Missed Appointment - Short Notice and No Shows are subject to a $100 missed appointment fee*.  *(Due upon receipt of your invoice and prior to future booking/appointments).

Respect goes both ways. I appreciate your cancellation notification with as much time as possible to allow that gap in my schedule to be available for someone else and the opportunity to earn income.  If I receive reasonable cancellation notice, and am able to fill your slot from my waiting list or have it booked online, the missed appointment fee may be waived. 

You will receive an Appointment Cancelled notice from the online booking system when your booking is deleted. Please contact me again if you do not receive this notification to ensure I have received your message to cancel.

Cold and flu season:  Massage is not recommended during first few days of viral illness or fever while your immune system is working hard. However, If you are comfortable wearing a mask throughout your session you may attend.  Please let me know ASAP if you are sick and prefer to cancel. You may “reply” with your message to your APPOINTMENT REMINDER E-MAIL message via info@bodycrafttherapeutics.ca.  OR call or text my cell at 780-970-3475.

Automated "appointment reminders" are sent early in the morning the day before your appointment (more than 24 hours notice ahead). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me immediately.
